The objective of the Lisbon Airport Internal Communication campaign was to sensitize ANA employees to the importance of friendliness and availability in contact with passengers, as a differentiating factor in the quality of service. Thus was born the campaign “A smile pulls a smile” that appealed in a direct and captivating way to the improvement of the Customer Service to the employees of the company. After all, smiling is the most powerful form of communication in the world.
