Founded in 1977, legally represents the Portuguese Professional Cookery and Pastry at national and international level. The ACPP, based in Lisbon, has about 2,000 members and represents Portugal at the World Federation of Chefs, World Association of Chefs’ Societies (WACS), which includes about 52 countries and more than 1.5 million members.
